Shipping policy

1. Shipping costs and rates in Canada: 

Orders within Ontario over $125 CAD qualify for FREE shipping. Orders under $125 CAD will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping outside Ontario? Please contact me for a shipping quote-I'd be happy to help!

2. Shipment Delivery Time:

Unless otherwise stated, the order Dispatch Times (leaves Rosanna's Perch) are one week from order receipt, excluding custom orders. Custom orders will be determined and communicated upon order receipt.

Expedited shipping times are 2 business days. Standard shipping times are 3-9 business days.

3. Shipping Carriers:

Canada Post, UPS and Purolator are the carriers of Rosanna's Perch. The carrier chosen is customer's choice and/or dependent upon location and availability.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

Rosanna's Perch ships within Canada only, at this time. There is no international shipping available. 

All Ontario orders can be checked out automatically. If you are in a province outside of Ontario, please contact Rosanna's Perch for your shipping rate. I'd be happy to help!

5. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Tracking and shipping information will be provided in the event your package doesn't arrive. (We hope this doesn't happen!) Please contact me for assistance. 

6. Local Delivery:

If you're a local customer (GTA), I'd be happy to provide local pick-up options, like the Aurora Farmer's Market. Please contact me for details!

5. Returns and Exchanges:

All products are final sale. No returns or exchanges. If a product is damaged, I would be happy to help. Please provide me with the details and I will make it right!
